Settlement of the Lease Agreement

Please be aware that it is your responsibility to advise the customer of any monies due under the licensing agreement which this vehicle is subject to, for example:

• Early termination charges (including any arrears)
• Excess mileage charges

It is also your responsibility to ensure that any such outstanding sums are settled in full prior to purchase of the vehicle by the customer.

The Driver to Buy Quote by LeasePlan does not, in any circumstance, include any of the above amounts which will be chargeable in addition.
